      Delivery Policy

      • REDTAG aims to deliver items within 3-5 days. Orders over OMR 20 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than OMR 20, a shipping fee of 2 OMR will be added.

      • For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of OMR 1.5 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.

      • We are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery. You might need to sign when your order arrives, and any issues can be reported by email customer.support@redtag.ae. After three missed delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded if its prepaid.

        Points earned are based on your membership tier and are calculated according to the below table.

        N.B. In case any additional discount is applied on cart, the affected items will earn you 1x points.

         

        How to Redeem Points:

        Points earned can be used in any Redtag store or when making purchases online through our website.

        Every 100 points earned is equal to OMR 1.

        If you’ve accumulated 1,500 points, you can redeem them against your order for OMR 15.
